Key Responsibilities:

Master cold calls and client-facing listings.

Coordinate client tours and highlight key property selling points.
Prepare listing briefs, comparables, and deal-pipeline updates.
Track market trends and compile reports to inform sales strategy.

Who You Are:

Student or recent grad in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field.
Résumé-First: your achievements on paper impress us.
Natural communicator with confidence dialing cold lists.
Comfortable in Excel/Sheets & CRM systems.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn deal-making.

Property Marketing Specialist

Gurugram (Hybrid)

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for property listings.
Manage social media presence and create engaging content.
Optimize website content for SEO and lead generation.

Who You Are:

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
